Secretary MoUD letter to Secretary DoPT on ption to choose ACP or MACP

The proposal sent by this Ministry in Jul'2013 for allowing individual option to choose either earlier ACPS or MACPS by the employee is a balanced and just one and caters to the concerns of all individuals.  DoPT must not have any reservation in accepting the same since change of the scheme by the Government should not be to the disadvantage of the individual employee .  .... PCDA : Income criteria for dependent parents of Armed Forces Personnel for grant of two family pensions.

As per para 11.2 of MOD letter No.-17(4)12008(2)/D(Pen/Pol) dated 12.11.2008 the dependency criteria for the purpose of family pension shall be the minimum family pension along with dearness relief. 7th Central Pay Commission - Charter of demands by Karnataka Confederation

1) Providing proper minimum wage of Rs 25000/- for CG Employees including that of GDS employees. 2) Increment rate should be 10% of basic pay. The present grade pay system should be removed, the time scale gap between one posts to another should be at-least Rs 1000/ not Rs 100/ at present and it should be uniform rate of increment from starting to end. Demand for higher medical allowance for CG pensioners rejected
